How often will we meet?
We typically start with weekly 50- or 75-minute sessions. The frequency may change over time based on your needs and goals.
How much does it cost?
My fees align with typical Bay Area psychotherapists. I have a limited number of reduced-fee spots; currently, all spots are full.

Do you take insurance?
I do not accept insurance but may be considered an out-of-network provider. Contact your insurance company to check your reimbursement options, including:

Do you work in any other languages?
Yes, I offer therapy in both English and Spanish.
What is your cancellation policy?
Consistency is important for progress. Here’s my policy:
If you are late by 10+ minutes without prior notice, it is considered a no-show and you will be charged the full fee.
Cancellations within 48 hours of your session will incur the full fee unless we reschedule within the same business week.
You may miss up to four sessions per year with 48 hours’ notice without penalty. Any additional missed sessions will be charged, even with notice.
This policy is separate from my annual time off (typically 4 weeks).
